Training & support
Franchisees receive comprehensive support starting with site selection and store build-out guidance using our proprietary layouts and décor guidelines. Initial training includes up to seven days at headquarters and a local Makery, followed by up to seven days of hands-on pre-opening training at your own location. Our corporate opening team provides up to 21 days of on-site assistance around your launch. After opening, you receive regular field visits, business coaching, ongoing development courses, and robust marketing and supply chain support.
Ideal candidate
We seek franchise partners who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving retail operations, and engaging with their community. While prior franchising or retail experience is beneficial, it is not required. Candidates must be actively involved in overseeing their Makery's daily operations, possess a strong customer service focus, and share our passion for high-quality, plant-based products.
