Why choose
The franchise model drives profitability through three distinct revenue streams: dine-in, carry-out, and catering. Fast table turns and quick service lead to higher sales per meal period and lower staff turnover. Carry-out accounts for over 20% of total income and yields higher profit margins without the overhead of table service. Catering acts as a powerful sampling tool, introducing the brand to large corporate and social groups. Owners also receive a protected designated territory with a population base of approximately 150,000 people.
Training & support
New franchise owners and two employees participate in an approximately five-week initial training course covering kitchen duties, customer service techniques, and administrative procedures. Ongoing support includes periodic visits from a franchise representative for guidance and quality control, as well as continuous phone support for day-to-day questions. Franchisees also receive a confidential Operations Manual that is updated with revisions as needed, and owners may be invited to attend refresher training seminars over time.
Ideal candidate
An ideal candidate appreciates the brand's core principles of great Bar-B-Q, impeccable service, and tremendous value. We seek individuals who are prepared to operate within a structured system to deliver a fast, friendly family dining experience. A passion for Southern hospitality and a commitment to community engagement are essential.
