Brand overview
Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar is a fast-growing casual dining franchise operating full-service restaurant and bar locations known for a diverse menu and an extensive whiskey and cocktail selection. Born in a small town corner tavern in downtown Springfield, Missouri in 2006, the brand was inspired by a regular who always asked the bartender to make it a big one. Today, the emerging franchise has grown to 18 locations across 5 states, continuing its tradition of fun, laid-back atmospheres and rockstar service. Franchise owners run neighborhood gathering spots that serve as game day destinations, happy hour hot spots, and laid-back brunch and dinner venues.
