Training & support
Franchisees receive extensive training in customer service, merchandising, vendor relations, marketing, operations, and administration, comparable to entry-level business college courses, delivered in a state-of-the-art MBA-style classroom by instructors with over 200 years of combined retail experience. Ongoing business consulting covers Customer Care, Regulated Product Sales Requirements, Merchandising, Safety and Security, Store Operations, Retail Administration, Vendor Relations, and Marketing and Sales Execution. Each store is assigned an Administrative Support Specialist to help understand and prepare store reports. Family Fare also provides communications and marketing materials including point-of-purchase signage and special promotions.
Ideal candidate
Family Fare is looking for energetic, bright, hard-working entrepreneurs who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced retail environment. Retail management experience leading teams is helpful but not required in the convenience store industry specifically. Candidates must be U.S. citizens at least 21 years old, pass a comprehensive background and credit check with no bankruptcy history, be fluent in English, and have the ability to hire and train their own staff.
If you are ready to be in business for yourself without being by yourself, Family Fare offers the support, training, and proven model to help you get there. Submit your request for franchise information today to learn more about this opportunity.
