L&L provides a comprehensive initial training program for you and your manager in Honolulu, Hawaii, covering opening procedures, operational protocols, equipment, and marketing at no charge. You will also receive a confidential Operations Manual with mandatory standards and procedures. Guidance extends to site selection, real estate standards, and leasing. A Standard Design Guideline is provided for décor and layout, and you will work closely with a Construction Project Manager from planning through project completion.
