Training & support
Phase I training consists of approximately two full weeks at the franchisor's Louisiana headquarters or a designated franchise location, covering administrative, operations, and marketing duties alongside on-the-job training for cooking, cleaning, inventory control, installing culture, and point of sale systems. Phase II provides two weeks of onsite training for opening, starting a week prior to the restaurant opening and carrying through grand opening week with several experienced trainers. Additional ongoing support includes refresh training, field staff visitations, operational and marketing support, purchasing discounts, and ongoing education on new products and business practices.
