Oversized Roman-style pizza slices
Choose your obsession with slowly fermented crust and bold, unmistakable flavors.
Brand overview
VABBÈ takes its name from the Italian phrase 'va bene,' a philosophy that invites you to relax, grab a slice, and enjoy. The menu centers on oversized Roman-style pizza, sandwiches, and sweets, all built on a foundation of better crust. Every pizza starts with a special blend of Italian flours, water, yeast, and salt, slowly fermented to create a crisp exterior and an airy center. Finished with generous toppings and bold combinations, it is pizza with zero interest in being ordinary.
