Training & support
Wingers provides comprehensive training to set you up for success. Operations Partners and store management teams complete a 12-week Wingers Manager Boot Camp at a designated training restaurant. All team members finish the online Wingers Academy curriculum, with specific courses for back of house and front of house positions requiring certification. During new store openings, a corporate team arrives a week prior to oversee pre-opening training, mock service, and opening parties, remaining on-site for the full week after opening to the public to ensure a smooth launch.
